England and the English

We must recognise that we have a great inheritance
in our possession
which represents the prolonged achievement of the centuries;
that there is not one of our simple uncounted rights
today
for which better men than we are have not died on the
scaffold or on the battlefield.
We have not only a great treasure; we have a great cause.
Are we taking every measure within our power to
defend that cause?

Winston Churchill

The English and their world legacy

The Anglo-Saxons created beautiful jewellery and traded with other nations. Being excellent seafarers, some have argued that despite setbacks, the Anglo-Saxon invasion of England ended at Los Angeles in the US hundreds of years later. They just paused for a while! Learning from other peoples such as the Greeks and Romans before them, the English have influenced the world taking forward their sense of freedom, democracy, duty of care to society, technical advancement, and discovery, making England the envy of the world. England has existed for over 1000 years. Longer than Germany, Belgium and Italy and France. The English language is unrivalled in world history. It dominates space exploration, air and sea travel, and the Internet. England and the English shall be regarded as a nation in this website and not be labelled as ‘white’ or ‘western’. The English nation and its legacy to the world culture is too great to be labelled in so small a way. This website exists to appeal to all……but only through truth.
